Setting up a new Squarespace website
Step-by-Step Guide for Logging into Squarespace:
Open a web browser and navigate to Squarespace.com.
If you already have an account, click the "Log In" button. If you're a new customer, click the "Get Started" button.
If you clicked "Get Started", you'll have the option to add information about your website, skip this step by clicking "I'm just browsing", or select a starting template. Choose whichever option suits you best.
If you chose a starting template, preview it or go ahead and start.
You will be prompted to log in directly or via a Google or Apple account. If you had already chosen to log in, you will not need to go through this step.
Enter your login details and click the "Log In" button.
You will now be logged into your Squarespace account and can start using the platform.
Remember, you can always go back and create a new trial site if you feel that you've gone down the wrong route.
Additionally, all sites come with a 14-day trial, and with Squarespace 7.1, most new templates are interchangeable, so don't worry too much about which starting template you choose.
